1. What COMPARIO is

COMPARIO is an informational platform for comparing prices and market context. It brings together public sources and community contributions; it does not sell the products displayed or represent merchants.

Prices, availability, terms and taxes may change. Always check the information with the merchant or source before making a purchase decision.

2. Comparisons and estimates

A price comparison is not an allegation that a merchant has committed abuse, fraud or unlawful conduct. It reflects information available at a particular time and place.

‘Is importing worth it?’ provides an indicative estimate. It is not a guaranteed customs assessment or tax, legal, financial or customs advice.

3. Accounts, contributions and community

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. When you contribute prices, photographs, receipts or context, you confirm that you may share them and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• Do not publish false, manipulated, misleading or unsupported third-party information.
• Do not include unnecessary personal data in evidence or unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing content.
• Respect people and merchants; disagreement about a price does not justify harassment or defamation.

4. Moderation

We may review, hide or remove contributions and user-generated content where there are reasonable grounds, including breach of these Terms, risk to people, privacy concerns, fraud or a verifiable error. Where feasible, you may request a review through the published contact channel.

5. Intellectual property and links

COMPARIO’s brand, design and original content are protected. You retain rights in your contribution, but grant the non-exclusive, royalty-free licence needed to host, display and moderate it in the service.

External links and services have their own terms. COMPARIO does not control their content or availability.

6. Suspension, liability and changes

We may suspend or close accounts where necessary to protect the service, comply with law or enforce these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, COMPARIO is not liable for purchase decisions based solely on changing or incomplete information.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these Terms; the date above identifies the current version.
